Assistant Digital Operations Specialist

The entry-level position includes an accelerated training program in the world of digital marketing and campaign work, and the right person for this job will have the opportunity to fast-track their experience and, ultimately, their career during the 2018 election cycle.

Here are some of the skills that you will gain from this accelerated training program:

  • Experience working in political campaigns and other fast-paced marketing settings;

  • Experience using digital tools including: Google Apps and Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, NGP VAN, EveryAction, ActBlue, Basecamp, SquareSpace, WordPress and other CMS systems;

  • Managing ad campaigns on various digital advertising platforms including: Doubleclick Bid Manager, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter for Business, TradeDesk;

  • Experience building, implementing, and monitoring budgets from $1,000 to $1MIL+;

  • Analyzing campaign metrics to ensure goals are reached;

  • Generating and interpreting/analyzing comprehensive data reports;

  • Drafting copy for advertisements and websites;

  • Researching new digital media platforms and innovations;

  • Troubleshooting and maintenance on websites and platforms.

This is a full-time, contracted position through the November 2018 election cycle, with the possibility for long-term employment for the right fit.

Compensation: $2,500-$3,000 monthly (depending on experience and fit)
