Progressive activism is at the heart of Jill’s professional and personal experience ranging from early resistance to the extreme policies of the Reagan administration to environmental organizing campaigns with OSPIRG (now Environment Oregon) and the national Fund for Public Interest.
Jill has run all aspects of non-profit organizations as executive director of the Oregon chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and program director at Special Olympics International and Parrott Creek Family Services.
She delivers her invaluable experience with organizing, grassroots politics, fundraising and project management to Winning Mark clients and staff, where she fills countless roles in campaigns, public relations, communications, voter contact, and more.
