As an Assistant Project Lead at Winning Mark, Megan helps manage the day-to-day operations of campaigns, including monitoring budgets and performance, and finding opportunities at every stage to advance our client’s goals.
From 2012-2015, while studying for a B.S. in Environmental Studies at the University of Oregon Honors College, Megan got involved in campaigns to ban bottled water on campus and help Eugene become the first city in the nation to pass a Climate Recovery Ordinance. From 2015-2017, Megan gained legislative experience in Salem and City Hall working for progressive elected officials - and was thrilled to witness the passage of the historic Reproductive Health Equity bill, and changes to Portland’s zoning codes restricting the construction of bulk fossil fuel terminals. In her free time, Megan teaches high school students constitutional law and supports climate activists aged 8-21 securing a legal right to a safe climate and healthy atmosphere.
