  • Is deadline driven and available during occasional irregular hours (evenings and weekends)

  • Works well under pressure

  • A strong desire to do outstanding work, and exceed expectations

  • A passion for progressive change

  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating projects

Why you should apply: As a Project Coordinator, you will be a critical part of the team running the day-to-day operations of print-based projects. Typical duties for this position will include:

  • Developing and coordinating production schedules between designers, printers, and mailhouses

  • Creating and executing direct mail plans, and building and maintaining budgets

  • Tracking project deliverables, dates, and deadlines and managing ever-changing project scopes and schedules

  • Proactively managing multiple projects of varying sizes, following up as needed

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and vendors

  • Communicating directly with clients and internal team members to ensure the goals of the campaign are met

  • Copyediting and proofreading 

  • Developing and improving project management systems and workflows

  • Identifying and developing new print-related opportunities for clients

  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts

  • Using digital tools including: Google Apps and Suite, NGP VAN, EveryAction, Adobe Suite, and Basecamp

  • Working in political campaigns and other fast-paced marketing settings

Position Details

This will be a full-time, exempt position. The starting salary range is $40,000 - $51,000, based on experience. Winning Mark offers a robust benefits package including health, dental, wellness allotment, TriMet reimbursement, a fully stocked kitchen, staff meals, holiday pay, PTO, and cell phone bill payment. Work will be done during normal business hours at our Portland office (9am - 5pm, M-F), with some work outside of normal business hours.
