Mark Wiener

Mark brings almost 25 years of successful campaign experience and leadership and an extraordinary winning record to his role as Principal and Founder of Winning Mark. A sought-after strategist, Mark specializes in message development, direct mail and electronic media. He has also won wide respect for his extensive experience in issue marketing: positioning elected officials and organizations on subjects including child abuse, libraries, criminal justice, consumer protection, human rights, economic equity issues and open space, livability and environmental protection.

In 1999, Jeff founded Digital Campaigns, Inc., the first software company to bring to reality the concept of a net-native, web-centered phone and walk canvassing system for election campaigns. This concept is now the center piece of the field efforts of the largest grassroots organizations. Digital Campaigns raised nearly $6 million in venture capital over 4 years.

Jeff appreciates and understands many of the nuances and challenges of information and planning on complex and fast moving campaigns.

Aisling Coghlan

A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, Aisling is one of the nation's premier campaign managers and consultants. Ms. Coghlan has managed and consulted on numerous candidate and funding campaigns as well as several high profile ballot initiatives in the Pacific Northwest, including historic victories for major progressive campaigns. She has recently returned to Winning Mark after serving 3 years as Chief of Staff to Portland City Commissioner Dan Saltzman.

Tim Findlay

Tim Findlay is a 22-year veteran of the advertising and production industry. In 1984 he became the youngest Creative Director of a top 10 advertising agency in Portland. In 1989, he began TGF Productions Inc., a full service creative and production company with a specialty in political advertising for television and radio. As an award winning writer and director, Tim provides a tremendous level of experience and professionalism to his clients around the country.

Marla Jackson

Marla Jackson brings to the table over twenty years of experience as former Media Director for Richard Strang Engel, Kendon Advertising and Senior Buyer for Pihas Schmidt Westerdahl. She is a graduate of Portland State University and has completed graduate level work in statistics and management. Marla is a veteran of local, regional, and national buying in broadcast, print, outdoor, transit and internet. Marla's extraordinary results in campaign media placement is informed by her background with a diverse client base including financial, regulatory consulting, business to business, event, and retail. She consistently squeezes the maximum exposure from client's budgets, combining polling with broadcast research statistics to help clients correctly target their audience. She maintains a strong relationship with media management and is a frequent speaker for industry groups. She is without doubt, one of the best media buyers in the business.

Bryan and Eldon Potter

Bryan and Eldon Potter (along with an outstanding staff at Bryan Potter Design) make up Winning Mark's principal design team. The Potter's dynamic graphic solutions combine creativity, visual energy and a fresh approach to each project at every budget level. The result: impactful, persuasive and award-winning design for direct mail, print and web. And while they don't love 12-point type, they will use it when absolutely necessary.
