Senior Digital Advertising & Email Specialist

They will love spending their day in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads finding unique solutions to unusual problems. They will be curious and data-obsessed. They will be capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, complex environment. We are seeking an individual with a strong drive, innate curiosity, and a proactive work ethic. This position is contract-to-hire. Beginning as a three-month contract with a staff evaluation in November based on performance and need. The following criteria is required to be considered for this position:

  • 3+ years of experience managing ad campaigns on digital advertising platforms such as: Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter for Business, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TheTradeDesk (or similar DSP)

The following criteria is preferred but not required to be considered for this position:

  • 3+ years of experience managing email fundraising and marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email deployment, automating email tasks, A/B testing and reporting on campaigns in EveryAction, MailChimp, EveryAction, SalesForce, etc.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with the following experience and qualifications:

  • Expertise in analyzing and strategizing on campaign plans, metrics reporting, and implementing optimizations to ensure goals are reached
  • Experience generating and interpreting/analyzing/presenting comprehensive data reports. Excel skill are a must
  • Proficiency with CRM, CMS, and DMP platforms tools, including EveryAction, Mail Chimp, WordPress, Squarespace, LiveRamp, TargetSmart, etc.
  • Experience managing SMS marketing campaigns through Hustle, Phone2Action, etc.
  • Experience managing social media content calendars across multiple projects
  • Experience with setting up and managing fundraising campaigns through ActBlue
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO/SEM strategy, and experience with tools like Google Search Console
  • Understanding of creative, technical and legal specifications for various ad types/platforms
  • Creating and installing website tracking pixels and optimization tools, including: Google Tag Manager, Floodlight, and Crazy Egg
  • Researching new digital media platforms and innovations
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance on websites and platforms

This position is contract-to-hire. Beginning as a three-month contract with a staff evaluation in November based on performance and need. Contract salary range: $4,500 – $6,000/ month.

Experience working in a fast-paced, campaign atmosphere is a plus. A commitment to periodically working long and irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) is a must.

Due to the pandemic, the Winning Mark Team will be working remotely through the end of the year.
